Business in bite-sized chunks
March 2022
"This year on International Women’s Day, we recognise the achievements of women, while reflecting on our progress towards equality. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a disproportionate impact on female employment, especially as women are more likely to take on the work of unpaid childcare during the last two years. As new green jobs are created to support the transition to net zero, there are lessons we can learn from the pandemic. Inclusive policies that allow women to have equal access to future job opportunities will be key."
